Kintoun iOS Application

Welcome to Kintoun! These Terms explain how you can use the Kintoun iOS app ("the App"). When you use the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Agreeing to These Terms

By downloading or using Kintoun, you're agreeing to these Terms. This is a legal agreement between you and the provider of the App.

2. What Kintoun Does

Kintoun is an app that lets you view and monitor your Cloudflare account information using Cloudflare's own tools (APIs). The App is just a way for you to access your Cloudflare data; it doesn't save your Cloudflare login details or any of your Cloudflare data on our servers or on your phone. Everything you see is pulled directly from Cloudflare when you use the App.

3. Your Responsibilities

When you use Kintoun, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your Cloudflare login details private and secure. Kintoun doesn't store them.
• Making sure you follow Cloudflare's own rules (Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) when you use their services through the App.
• Everything that happens in your Cloudflare account when you access it through Kintoun.
• Using the App legally and not for anything wrong or against the rules.
• Not trying to break or mess with the App or its systems.

4. Who Owns the App

The Kintoun App, its original content, features, and how it works, belong exclusively to its creators and those who have given permission to use their content. The App is protected by copyright and other laws. Its name or look cannot be used for other products or services without written permission from the App's creators.

5. What We Don't Promise

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." This means you use it at your own risk. Kintoun doesn't make any special promises or guarantees about the App, including that it will work perfectly for your needs, or that it won't break.

We don't promise that:

• The App will always work without interruptions or be available all the time.
• Any problems or errors will be fixed.
• The App is free from harmful things like viruses.
• The App will meet all your expectations.

6. Our Responsibility (Limits)

The App's creators (and their directors, employees, etc.) won't be responsible for any indirect or special damages you might suffer, like lost profits or data, from using or not being able to use the App. This applies even if the possibility of such problems was known.

7. Ending Your Access

Access to the App can be stopped right away, without telling you first, for any reason, especially if you break these Terms. If your access is stopped, you won't be able to use the App anymore.

8. Which Laws Apply

These Terms are governed by applicable laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms can be changed at any time. If big changes are made, an attempt will be made to give at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to use the App after the changes, you agree to the new Terms. If you don't agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
